viip55 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" means the viip55 website accessible at https://viip55.net, including all subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any associated applications or services.
• "Account" means a registered player account on the viip55 Platform, identified by a unique username and secured by a password chosen by the Player.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the viip55 Platform for any purpose, whether as a registered account holder or as a non-registered visitor.
• "Company", "viip55", "We", or "Us" means the legal entity that owns and operates the viip55 Platform, licensed and regulated in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations.
• "Real-Money Balance" means Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) funds deposited by the Player that are held in the Player's viip55 Account and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive-based credits added to the Player's Account subject to the Bonus Terms set out in Clause 5.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate wager amount that must be placed using Bonus Balance before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn, as specified in the applicable promotion's individual terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by viip55 to confirm the Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction in which accessing or using the viip55 Platform is prohibited by applicable law or regulation, as updated by viip55 from time to time.

To be eligible to register an Account and use the viip55 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You are an individual person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) and are acting on your own behalf;
2. You are at least 21 years of age;
3. You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence;
4. You are not located in, or a resident or national of, a Restricted Jurisdiction;
5. You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of viip55 or any of its affiliated companies, game studio partners, or technology providers;
6. You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when funding your Account or placing wagers;
7. You have not previously had an Account on viip55 that was suspended, closed for cause, or terminated due to a breach of these Terms.

viip55 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility requirements are not met. Any winnings accrued on an ineligible Account may be voided and forfeited.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the viip55 Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. viip55 will never ask you to disclose your password to any Company representative. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify viip55 Support immediately via the live chat facility available on the Platform.

viip55 reserves the right to conduct KYC verification at the time of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any other time at its reasonable discretion. Players may be required to submit copies of a government-issued photo identification document, proof of residential address (dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by viip55 may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality or the closure of the Account.

All financial transactions on the viip55 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). viip55 does not apply platform-side transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may levy its own service charges, for which viip55 accepts no liability.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods currently include the following, subject to availability in your region and to any minimum and maximum transaction limits posted on the Platform at the time of the transaction:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to issuer restrictions)

Deposits are credited to your viip55 Real-Money Balance in real time in the vast majority of cases. In exceptional circumstances — such as banking system outages or payment gateway maintenance windows — crediting may be delayed. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account within 30 minutes of a confirmed bank transfer, please contact Support with your proof of transfer.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the viip55 Finance team within an average of 15 minutes. All withdrawals must be directed to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the viip55 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. viip55 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its reasonable discretion.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are specified on the Cashier page within the Platform and may be updated from time to time. Players who have an active Bonus Balance subject to wagering requirements may not withdraw their Real-Money Balance until those wagering requirements have been satisfied, unless they elect to forfeit the Bonus Balance in accordance with Clause 5.

viip55 offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this Clause 5, as well as any specific bonus terms published on the relevant promotion page on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Players who have successfully completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification. Bonus offers may be restricted to Players in specific geographic regions or to Players meeting specific deposit activity thresholds.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits and any winnings derived from free spins are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Wagers placed on certain games (including but not limited to live dealer games, progressive jackpot slots, and virtual sports) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus credits that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion's terms will be automatically removed from the Player's Account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus offer simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the specific promotion's terms.
• Abuse and Fraud: viip55 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close any Account, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated betting systems, or any other form of fraudulent activity in connection with a promotional offer.
• Forfeiture: Players may request the forfeiture of an active Bonus Balance at any time by contacting Support. Upon forfeiture, the Bonus Balance and any winnings generated from it will be removed, and the Player's Real-Money Balance will become available for withdrawal without restriction.

All bets and wagers placed on the viip55 Platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific product rules applicable to the relevant game or market, including but not limited to Sportsbook Rules, Live Casino Rules, Slot Game Rules, Virtual Sports Rules, and Bandar Q Rules, each of which is published on the Platform and incorporated herein by reference.

A bet is considered accepted and binding once viip55 has issued a confirmation of the bet via the Platform interface. viip55 reserves the right to void or refuse any bet at its reasonable discretion where:

• There has been a manifest error in the odds, price, or game outcome displayed due to a technical fault or data feed error;
• The bet is placed after the event or market has closed or the relevant game round has concluded;
• viip55 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the Player had access to privileged or insider information that affected the outcome of the event;
• The bet would constitute a violation of these Terms or applicable law.

For sportsbook markets, including mix parlay (accumulator betting across multiple matches) and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets, the official result at the time specified in the market rules shall be used to settle all bets. In the event of a dispute regarding the result of a sporting event, viip55 will use data provided by its official data feed partner, and that data shall be deemed final and conclusive.

Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are specified within the Platform's betting interface and may differ by market, game, and Player Account tier. viip55 reserves the right to apply individual Account stake restrictions at its discretion without prior notice.

viip55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming features, each of which can be activated by contacting Support via live chat:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that restrict the total amount you may deposit within a given period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of viip55.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the viip55 Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, all balances will be reviewed and may be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with viip55;
• Opening or operating more than one Account, including through the use of different email addresses, identities, or IP addresses;
• Using the Platform to launder money or to facilitate any other illegal financial activity;

• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated activity designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches — any Player who discovers a bug that may give an unfair advantage is obligated to report it to Support immediately;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or security systems;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to mask your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing Restricted Jurisdiction restrictions or account verification requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, viip55 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own wagering decisions;
• Temporary or permanent Platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical faults, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers;
• Errors in odds, prices, or payout calculations resulting from data feed failures, where such errors are corrected in a timely manner;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit viip55's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. viip55 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

viip55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

viip55 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their independent marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by law, by our licensing obligations, or as necessary to provide the services described in these Terms (for example, sharing data with payment processors and KYC verification providers).

viip55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, viip55 will provide reasonable notice to active Players via a notification displayed on the Platform or via the email address registered to the Player's Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account via Support. The then-current version of the Terms is always accessible via the link in the Platform footer.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which viip55 holds its gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and viip55 arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice from either party, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the competent arbitration body in viip55's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this Clause shall limit viip55's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of jurisdiction in connection with the protection of its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
